Bharathi Vidyalaya offers regular intensive training for women which is of three and half months duration for regular program and also distance mode program of six months for working women.

The trainee teachers learn how to introduce the concepts, make lesson plans and plan co-curricular and extra-curricular activities along with great emphasis on creativity. The women learn to use computers and make interesting worksheets for the students. They also learn to make different kinds of teaching aids.
